Fishing & Oyster Week

Dingle Food Festival

Indulge in the best that our tours of South West Ireland can offer during this 4 night stay. Combine the finest organic and artisan fayre with a visit to the Kerry Food Festival held in Dingle.

The festival will include series of cookery demonstrations, food market, wine tastings, food related workshops and a foraging walk through the markets.

Highlights of the festival include a taste trail in over 40 outlets where festival goers can purchase 'Taste Tickets' and sample local cuisine in locations that vary from pubs and galleries to specialist shops and restaurants.

Irish Home Baking Weekend

At the cookery school you will learn to bake some of these delights and savor the taste and smell of freshly baked breads.

Take a trip of the RIng of Kerry taking in a luxury, afternoon tea on the way.

The evenings will be spent dining in some of Kerry's best restaurants or with your private chef at the priory.

Harvest Festival Break

Take some of the produce home where you will learn to cook contemporary Irish dishes at our cookery school using your selected cheeses.

Your gala dinner on the final night will be a 6 course tasting menu with matched wines.

Thanksgiving Break

Celebrate Thanksgiving the Just Indulge way.

On the day you will dine on a Thanksgiving feast like no other: finger food and champagne before a traditional feast with an Irish twist. Enjoy Irish coffee and some Irish dancing and poetry after your meal.

The following day you will relax with a stroll around the historic Muckross House and Killarney National Park followed by an evening meal prepared by Mark.

Game Shooting Weekend

Venison, pheasant and wild duck are just some of the delights available during the Game season.

Go shooting with the Killarney Gun Club and then see how to prepare your shoot at the cookery school.

On the Saturday night, enjoy a gala dinner prepared by Mark Doe in the Priory followed by poetry, Irish dancing and an Irish whiskey tasting.
